With our well-trained permanent staff of around 100 employees, we are able to carry out orders of any type and size to the highest quality and on time to the complete satisfaction of our customers.

We provide economically, technologically and organizationally advanced problem solutions with a high level of customer benefit and attach great importance to safety and quality.

Our market services include road construction, general civil engineering work, factory and sewerage construction, excavation of building pits, dismantling, environmental work, bank development, logistics, customer service and specialist civil engineering.

Occupational safety and accident prevention are a matter of course for all employees.

History

From a small business to a medium-sized civil engineering company.

  1. 1985

    Toni Bühler and André Weibel founded BÜWE Tiefbau AG in the spring with 4 employees, a small excavator and various small machines. Your network in central Switzerland creates good starting conditions.

  2. 1985

    Before the end of the first financial year, 16 employees are already on the payroll.

  3. 1990

    By moving into the company's own Zollweid factory in Hünenberg, BÜWE can maintain the growing machine park in its own workshop and optimize processes.

  4. 2001

    BÜWE Tiefbau AG receives the management certificate ISO 9001:2015 based on the audit results.

  5. 2002

    Business development leads to the opening of branches in Rotkreuz and Seewen. Toni Bühler is withdrawing from operational business and will remain connected to the company with experience and know-how.

  6. 2005

    On the company's 20th anniversary, the founders hand over management to Philipp and Roger Weibel.

  7. 2012

    On the Blegi plot in Rotkreuz, BÜWE is building a new workshop with an office wing, its own workshop and a warehouse with high-bay storage.

  8. 2014

    The business areas are expanded to include anchoring, micropile work, nail walls and shotcrete. In road construction, the BÜWE-Blitz is created for repairs and special requests in surrounding, civil engineering and pavement construction.

  9. Heute

    BÜWE Tiefbau AG is a medium-sized, versatile and flexible civil engineering company with its headquarters in Rotkreuz.
